Hi all
Because of chrismas is coming I have an idea.
Lets make a little Xmas competition!
Everbody who has some formulas which looks approximately like a tree should publish it  here in this forum!
So please if YOU have a "tree formula" let us know about it...

Within Eureka 2.12, I invented the formula of this kind of tree
that gives this kind of animation http://eureka.atari.org/walking.mov
That's designed for cylindrical coordinates described by
Code:  R^1 = mod(4z)*(4z)*sin(5*u+pi/2)^2
With U[ 0, 2*pi] And V[ 0, 4] 
But it gives me a syntax error, and I can't explain ?

Waw..that's a beautiful chrismas tree François
For the formulas, the error message is for the function "mod". You can use the operator "%" to define the modulo function (ex : 5 % 2 = 1 ) but I'm not sure this is the function you're using since I cant reproduce the same shape you have... _________________ Cheers,

That's strange, because mod() is given on http://k3dsurf.sf.net. Is it a mistake ?
