Hi all,
MathMod-2.2(Win64) is available for download from :
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mathmod/
Changelog for MathMod-2.2 (04/01/2015)
1) Solid texturing support (see the "BlackHole" script example)
2) View and edit Functions/Constantes/variables definitions in dedicated tables
3) Add possibility to define the CND equation for each component
4) Add X, Y and Z Axis rotations controls
5) Add "Save to file" for the current Math Model
6) Add time step controler for the morph effect
7) OpenGl rendering enhancement
8 ) New examples (171 scripts)
9) Add 8 integrated Solid textures

Enjoy Smile

Thank you. You can animate the color of the surface? .

You're welcome.
Yes you can animate textures but only for moving objects because texture is function of (x,y,z). I'll add the parameter t (time) in the next release.

Excuse me for my bad English. I’m an Italian user of this wonderful program. Congratulation for it.
I try to explain some suggestion to perfect the software.

1) It seems me that in MathMod, differently from K3DSurf, there’s not the possibility to cut the graph (on every axis independently, or jointly, depending on the user’s choice) through a useful tool like that which in K3d is named “Cut Grid” and is located in section “Drawing Option” of the window “Isosurface”.
In my opinion it could be integrated in “Model details” form, in the empty space at the bottom of the window named “Grid” (below the items “Iso Grid” and “Multiplier”).
It would be nice if it were possible, furthermore both for Isosurfaces and for Parametric surfaces.
This first improvement would be important for me, and I think that it can be realized easily (maybe exactly like in K3DSurf).

2) I think you should provide MathMod with two options for making gradually invisible the graph of a parametric function when you slide it along the curvilinear direction corresponding to parameters “u” and “v”, acting on two scrollbar, each of them associated with one parameter. As in the previous case (point 1), these option are already present in K3DSurf; they are respectively indicated as “Line” and “Colu” and are located in section “Drawing Option” of the window “Parametric”.
Also this second improvement would be important for me, and I think it could be obtained almost like in K3DSurf. More precisely, however, I believe that this option of K3DSurf should allow you to make, at the end of scrolling, completely invisible the surface shown on screen even when the resolution of plot (fixed by the scrollbar of Drawing option “Grid”) is higher than 26 x 26, not only when the number of u-curves and v-curves traced on the surface is low, as instead it seems to be now (incidentally, when in K3DSurf you scroll with “Line” or “Colu” and the resolution imposed with “Grid” is particularly high, sometimes the program crashes even!).

3) It seems me that the two arrows which should serve the change of domaine’s extreme values do not work.

4) I suggest that the section “Time” of the “View Control” form allows set also the extreme values of a finite range of the variable “t”, not only the increase of speed (number of “step”) of the said variable in an apparently unlimited interval of variation.

5) I think that, whereas now the visible reference system (axes x,y,z) is always automatically positioned in the graph correspondingly to the middle values of the ranges established for each variable (x,y and z), it should be possible also set the relative positioning between reference’s system and the graph coherently with the analytical interpretation of the math function (So that, for example, you will have that the elliptic paraboloid defined by the implicit function “z – x ^ 2 – y ^ 2 = 0” has the vertex in the origin of system of axes instead of in the middle of its z-range).
Obviously, in this modality, the reference system would be automatically not visible when it’s located outside the visualization area, but there are no problem linked to this.

Thanks for all your amazing work and good continuation.

Hi Math passion and welcome to the forum.
The main reason why sliders to cut parts of the mathematical object aren't there yet is because :
1) MathMod can show up to 1000 components and it should be able to handle parameters of each of them independently. This adds a lot more complexity to the way of handling the support of new parameters.
2) There is also the cost in term of performance of the whole application.
I'm aware of those limitations and I'll add them as soon as possible
