Hi..

First, congratulations for software. Very Good...

I want to visualize the graph of the function z=x^2+y^2 in the K3DSurf, but I believe that the origin of the system would have to be in the vertex of the paraboloid and is not. They could say me if I committed some error or if there is some problem in the software?

Best regards.
Luis Claudio

Hi,
Thanks for the compliment and welcome in this forum.
That's not a bug, in fact, K3DSurf is traying it's best to show the surface itself and the axe is put in the center of this object. If K3DSuf was always drawing the center (0,0,0) in the window, then sometimes the function you're drawin will not show up because it can be too height in the real axe.
For Example the equation: z - 1000 = x^2 + y^2 , the bottom of your surface will be at z = 1000. If the point (0,0,0) was shown in the window in the same time with this surface, then the surface should be very small...you'll see the axes but the surface itself will be drawn badly.
